The IronRack standard

Why researchers choose IronRack Labs

Research. Precision. Integrity. Three words that decide what we publish, what we hold back and what we refuse to put in a box.

Independent analysis

Applicable lots are sent to an independent third party laboratory. We do not report on our own material.

Certificate per lot

The certificate of analysis for your lot is available before you order and travels with the shipment.

Lot traceability

Product, lot, report, inventory and order stay linked, so we can tell you which lot filled your order.

Cold chain shipping

Held at minus 20 degrees Celsius, packed insulated, tracked to the door. We ship within the United States only.

Popular research materials

Reference compounds, in stock

Each listing shows the labeled quantity, and every vial leaves with its lot number on the label, so the material on your bench can be matched back to its certificate of analysis.

Quality and testing

How a lot earns its number

Nothing is listed on the strength of a supplier’s word. Applicable lots are run on two separate methods by an independent laboratory, and only reach the catalog once both agree.

Intake and quarantine

A new lot is logged, held apart from sellable inventory and sampled.

RP-HPLC

C18 separation, detection at 214nm. The peak area is the published purity figure.

LC-MS

Measured molecular mass has to match the sequence on the label, or the lot fails.

Certificate issued

Chromatogram, endotoxin and heavy metal screens published against the lot number.

The laboratory name, the method detail, the chromatogram, the endotoxin screen and the heavy metal screen appear in full on every certificate.

Method notes, documentation explainers and handling guidance, written by the people who run the assays.

Every product here is supplied for in vitro laboratory research by qualified people. It is not for human or veterinary use, and it is not a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic or medical device. Nothing sold here has been evaluated or approved by the FDA.

Applicable lots are analyzed by RP-HPLC, with LC-MS identity confirmation. The results, method detail and chromatogram for each lot are shown on its certificate of analysis.

Every vial is printed with a lot number. Enter it in the lot search on our COA page to open the matching certificate of analysis.

Move it to cold storage as soon as it arrives, at the temperature printed on the vial label. We do not provide preparation, reconstitution or administration guidance.
